里山十帖を運営する株式会社自遊人は、野菜とお米のプロ。里山十帖の野菜は新潟産ですが、実は丹波にオフィスもあって、そこからは毎週、有機栽培＆無農薬・有機質肥料だけで育てられた野菜をご家庭へお届けしています。野菜は丹波の現地スタッフが農家から直接集荷してきたものばかり。丹波の端境期には島根や高知などの農家から野菜を入れますが、それも知り合いからしか入れません。他の野菜セットと比べると若干高いかもしれませんが、それは品質管理の結果。「品質管理」といっても一般的な等級や大きさ、虫食いの有無などではなく、「仕入れは農家から直接」を基本としているからなのです。

The operating company of SATOYAMA JUJO called JIYUJIN is a connoisseur of vegetables and rice. Those which you taste here are from Niigata, but we also have an office in Tanba, Hyogo prefecture. We deliver organic or pesticide-free vegetables to each home. Our staffs in Tanba collect them directly from farmers. We purchase sometimes vegetables from Shimane or Kochi during pre-harvest months in Hyogo. But we buy them only from farmers whom we know. You may think it’s relatively expensive, but you can trust the quality standard. Please enjoy the best vegetables!
